Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact various payers and patients to collect on outstanding accounts and track all calls
• Identify patterns of patient and insurance concerns and report to supervising staff
• Coordinate the resolution of patient accounts and verify demographic and insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification, or license
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
• Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software and relevant computer applications
