Senior Medical Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic and scientific direction, the full-time Senior Medical Director will oversee medical strategy across multiple brands, support business growth initiatives, and mentor junior team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific and strategic leadership across multiple accounts, aligning with brand goals and client objectives
• Drive the development of medical strategies and contribute to the overall brand planning process in collaboration with internal teams
• Serve as a key medical point of contact for clients, fostering trust and credibility through expertise and communication

Required qualifications

• MD, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline preferred
• 7+ years of experience in medical advertising, communications, or education, including leadership roles
• Strong working knowledge of clinical research principles and familiarity with platforms like PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov
• Experience in publication writing, including primary manuscripts, reviews, abstracts, and poster development
• Proven ability to interpret clinical data and provide strategic insights to multidisciplinary teams
