Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and strategic medical input for clinical deliverables
• Lead development of clinical sections of regulatory documents and drive execution of clinical trials
• Oversee medical monitoring and ensure timely recruitment for clinical trials

Required Qualifications

• MD with board certification in the US, with clinical experience in Immunology or Rheumatology
• 8+ years of experience in clinical research in CRO/biotech/pharma settings, preferably in rare diseases or neurology
• Thorough understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision
