Senior Medical Director, Immunology
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership for one to two Immunology products, the full-time Senior Medical Director, Immunology will develop and implement US medical strategy, engage with healthcare providers, and oversee evidence generation and publication strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic medical leadership and become a disease state expert for immunology products
- Collaborate with the medical field team to enhance KOL engagement and develop medical education strategies
- Oversee US product evidence generation strategies and manage publication efforts
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, or PhD) in life sciences
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech medical affairs, including prior senior medical affairs director experience
- Previous experience in rare disease or immunology is preferred
- Strong scientific acumen and strategic analytical abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills in a cross-functional environment
