Senior Medical Director, Immunology

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for one to two Immunology products, the full-time Senior Medical Director, Immunology will develop and implement US medical strategy, engage healthcare providers, and oversee evidence generation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and scientific medical leadership for immunology products, becoming a disease state and product expert
• Collaborate with the medical field team to enhance KOL engagement plans and execute medical education strategies
• Oversee US products publication strategy and contribute to global publication plans, ensuring timely dissemination of scientific data

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, or PhD) in life sciences
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech medical affairs and/or R&D, including prior senior medical affairs director experience
• Previous experience in rare disease or immunology is preferred
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on collaboration and patient-centric approaches
