Senior Medical Economics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Medical Economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Extracts and analyzes data to support executive decision-making and identify trends in medical care costs
• Collaborates with various teams to provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance analyses
• Designs reports to monitor health plan performance and drives innovation for cost improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in health care analytics or medical economics
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related field
• Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare programs or similar health care plans
• Experience in building dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Knowledge of health care financial terms and coding systems
