Senior Medical Economics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Economics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate medical cost management initiatives and optimize population health efforts
• Lead cohort and episode-level analyses to assess patient journeys and treatment outcomes
• Analyze claims and operational data to track cost trends and evaluate program impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, preferably in value-based care or health tech
• Strong understanding of medical claims data and healthcare utilization patterns
• Proven experience with cohort analysis and provider-specific outcomes measurement
• Skilled in SQL and fluent in at least one analytics or statistical tool (Python, R, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
