Senior Medical Editor

Job Summary

Leading editorial quality and regulatory compliance, the full-time Senior Medical Editor will review and edit promotional content, ensure adherence to FDA guidelines, and collaborate with project teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and edit promotional materials for grammar, style, and consistency across various formats
• Fact check and proofread content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other editors to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences
• 5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment
• Experience across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches
• Familiarity with editorial software and/or AI tools
• Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva is a plus
