Job Summary
Supporting the Medical Information team, the full-time Senior Medical Information Associate will handle initial adverse event and medical information inquiries in English, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients, including call handling
- Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, special situation events, and product quality complaints within required timeframes
- Track and fully document all medical information inquiries within the Medical Information database and provide regular updates on project status
Required qualifications
- Life science or biomedical degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing); healthcare professional degree is an advantage
- 2+ years of work experience in medical information or pharmacovigilance
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call-center environment (sales/customer service)
- Fluency in English; additional language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to summarize complex scientific information clearly
