Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective medical school candidates in identifying opportunities to enhance their profiles and draft application documents
• Manage relationships with applicants and families, providing guidance on school selection, essays, resumes, recommendations, interviews, and the admissions process
• Stay informed about the medical school admissions process to advise clients on school selection and application nuances

Required Qualifications

• Experience serving on a medical school admissions committee or board, with insights into the selection process
• A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree and completion of a residency program at a top U.S. medical school
• 5-7 years of experience in education, coaching, tutoring, or admission consulting
• A passion for coaching and mentoring students
• Planning and organizational skills
