Job Summary

To guide aspiring medical students through the admissions process, the part-time remote Senior Medical School Admissions Consultant will work with candidates to develop application strategies, refine personal statements, and prepare for interviews while managing relationships and providing tailored advice on school selection.

Key responsibilities

• Assist prospective medical school candidates in building their profiles and drafting application documents
• Manage relationships with applicants and families, offering strategic guidance on the admissions process
• Identify suitable medical programs for students and provide feedback on their research and application materials

Required qualifications

• Experience serving on a medical school admissions committee or board
• Completed an MD or DO degree
• 5-7 years of experience in education, coaching, or medical school admissions consulting
• A passion for coaching and mentoring students
• Strong planning and organizational skills
