Senior Medical Solutions Advisor

Job Summary

To support the Network & Benefits Strategy Team, the full-time Senior Medical Solutions Advisor will develop and implement innovative medical network and benefit strategies, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance product management and drive profitability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new core solutions in national network and benefits
• Create and present strategy recommendations and roadmaps based on market insights and competitive analysis
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to identify and enhance product solutions that increase membership and earnings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred), advanced degree, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in medical benefits, product management, or medical account management
• Demonstrated experience in project management and product ownership
• Strong influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Experience with Agile and portfolio management processes
