Senior Medicare D EOB Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Medicare D EOB Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage federally regulated member communications for clients aged 65 and older
• Implement best practices and execute the onboarding process for new clients
• Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports related to product and process performance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Government Operations or Medicare/Medicaid work
• 3+ years of experience with RXClaim adjudications
• Proficient with PC-based software programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in providing knowledge transfer and coaching to build expertise within the team
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous process improvement initiatives
