Senior Member Engagement Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Member Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the product owner of the member engagement team, overseeing client facing communications and campaign configuration platforms
• Collaborate closely with product development team to build great products and improve the platform
• Work with stakeholders to understand client and member needs, design features, and drive user engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
• At least 3 years of B2B2C experience working on SAAS and consumer facing platforms
• Experience leading agile teams and building SAAS offerings
• Experience in insurance a plus
• Experience working with design teams to create great UX
