Senior Member Relations Associate

Job Summary

To enhance member engagement and retention, the full-time remote Senior Member Relations Associate will manage a portfolio of healthcare organizations, conduct strategy calls, and host webinars to maximize the use of CAPC resources.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain supportive relationships with assigned member organizations through regular outreach and engagement
• Conduct personalized strategy calls and online tours of CAPC member resources to assist members effectively
• Proactively maintain accurate member information in Salesforce and address inquiries regarding membership and renewals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater preferred, or a combination of applicable experience and education
• 3+ years of experience managing program activities, preferably in healthcare or association membership
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare field, particularly serious illness and palliative care
• Experience working with CRMs, with Salesforce knowledge being a plus
• Proficiency with webinar and virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom
