Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Member Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor within the Member Services team, ensuring product and service adoption
  • Serve as the primary contact for member institutions, offering best practices and guidance throughout the application year


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer services, with a focus on college recruitment or admissions
  • Experience in community colleges, regional state systems, or similar higher education institutions
  • Demonstrated mastery of core technical skills relevant to the role
  • Willingness to travel for company retreats
