Senior Member Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Member Services Representative who will support chapters and members through effective communication and operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support chapter leaders and staff by answering queries and providing guidance through the Chapter Portal
• Process new member applications, dues payments, and troubleshoot access issues
• Coordinate across departments to manage chapter payments and collaborate on resource development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience
• Strong skills in data management and Excel
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Proven customer service experience
• Background supporting nonprofit chapters or groups
