Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Member Support Specialist to guide new members through onboarding onto their accounting platform.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct video calls with members to provide support and guidance
Create P&L reports and balance sheet statements for members
Assist members in understanding payroll processes and taxes

Required Qualifications

4+ years of customer experience or support
2+ years of experience in accounting or taxes
Familiarity with accounting and payroll tools such as Xero or QuickBooks Online
Strong understanding of payroll taxes; experience with S-Corp payroll is a plus
Passion for supporting members in a customer-centric role
