Job Summary

Guiding new members through a smooth onboarding experience, the full-time Senior Member Support Specialist will conduct daily video calls to assist with bookkeeping, payroll, and tax inquiries while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct video calls with members to guide them through onboarding and address account questions
  • Apply accounting, tax, and payroll expertise to assist members with payroll processes and tax-related inquiries
  • Deliver a high-quality member experience by managing multiple conversations and maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of customer experience or support, with 2+ years in accounting or taxes
  • Experience with accounting and payroll tools such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or ADP
  • Strong understanding of payroll taxes, with S-Corp payroll experience as a plus
  • Passion for helping members in a customer-centric role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
