Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Merchandise Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales, margin, and product performance to optimize assortment and inventory
Leverage data tools to extract insights and develop dashboards for key performance metrics
Translate data into actionable recommendations for merchandising strategies and support assortment planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of experience in analytics, merchandising, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and SQL preferred
Retail, merchandising, or consumer analytics experience preferred
