Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager and Director on creative direction and project timelines
• Balance multiple projects, ensuring timely updates and meeting all deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Toy Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
• 4-6 years of experience in the Toy or Consumer Products industry
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software
• Experience with various consumer product form factors, both hardgoods and softgoods
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a creative environment
