Senior Merchandise Planner

Job Summary

To support inventory strategy and merchandise planning initiatives, the full-time Senior Merchandise Planner will develop forecasts, manage inventory levels, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product availability and financial performance, working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain merchandise plans and demand forecasts aligned with business objectives
• Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, adjusting plans to meet demand changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute merchandise plans and provide performance updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field
• 3-5 years of merchandise planning experience in apparel, retail, or eCommerce
• Strong experience with inventory management and sales analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with merchandise planning systems like NetSuite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
