Job Summary
To support inventory strategy and merchandise planning initiatives, the full-time Senior Merchandise Planner will develop forecasts, manage inventory levels, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product availability and financial performance, working remotely from any location.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain merchandise plans and demand forecasts aligned with business objectives
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, adjusting plans to meet demand changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute merchandise plans and provide performance updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field
- 3-5 years of merchandise planning experience in apparel, retail, or eCommerce
- Strong experience with inventory management and sales analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with merchandise planning systems like NetSuite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
