Senior Merchandise Planner

Job Summary

Driving the development and execution of strategic financial plans, the full-time Senior Merchandise Planner for HOKA DTC will collaborate across teams to maximize sales, profitability, and inventory turn in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute department, class, and style-color level plans by channel, connecting top-down guidance with bottom-up planning
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities while building weekly category sales and inventory plans
• Lead in-season Open-to-Buy reforecasting and communicate inventory positions and recommendations with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
• 4+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance experience in a retail environment
• Strong forecasting experience and statistical analysis skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Oracle and Tableau preferred
• Strong knowledge of merchandise planning and retail math, with mentoring abilities
