Job Summary

Driving strategic financial planning for Teva.com, the full-time Senior Merchandise Planner will manage sales and inventory plans, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial plans to maximize sales and profitability at the channel, class, and style level
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities, leading in-season Open-to-Buy reforecasting
• Collaborate with Merchants and Planning Operations to secure product and influence sizing, presenting plans in DTC Investment Review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
• 4+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance experience in a retail environment
• Forecasting experience required
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle and Tableau preferred
• Strong knowledge of merchandise planning and retail math, with ability to mentor junior team members
