Senior Merchandising Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Merchandising Manager to lead the development and execution of merchandise and custom kit programs for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivery
• Own the end-to-end execution of merch and kit projects, managing timelines and budgets
• Source and manage vendors while negotiating pricing and ensuring quality control

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in merchandising, experiential production, or project/account management
• Deep experience managing physical product kits, branded merchandise, and fulfillment
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and oversee multiple high-volume projects
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management and vendor negotiations
• Proficiency in project management platforms and Microsoft Office
