Senior Merchant Success Manager
Job Summary
Driving growth strategies for a portfolio of Franchise Groups, the full-time Senior Merchant Success Manager will engage with clients, manage relationships, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage Franchisees in growth strategy discussions and execute on Drive white label growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Franchise C-suite and conduct Business Reviews to enhance partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, driving improvements to enhance the Franchisee experience
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales
- Proven success in cross-functional team collaboration to build creative solutions
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with marketplaces, operations, logistics, or unit economics is a plus
- Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Excel) is preferred
