Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst
Job Summary
Driving financial transactions remotely, the full-time Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst will manage complex deals, perform financial analyses, and coordinate due diligence processes across mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive complex transactions, supporting live deal execution and coordinating due diligence processes
- Perform comprehensive financial analyses and build detailed financial models to support transaction evaluations
- Lead due diligence workstreams and support negotiation and development of transaction documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative background
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
- Experience with buy-side or sell-side M&A and equity or debt financing transactions
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including knowledge of various analytical methods
- Experience preparing executive decision-support materials and transaction process documents
