A consumer financial services company is seeking a Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop and execute the integration strategy and plans for acquisitions
- monitor acquisition goals and communicate performance updates
- complete due diligence requests for potential acquisitions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to a Company office for meetings or team building events
- 10+ years experience in corporate development, consulting, finance, or program management
- Track record of leading sophisticated M&A integrations within technology companies
- Excellent project management skills
