Senior Metal Building Drafter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drafter III to produce accurate fabrication and erection drawings for metal building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate erection and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and related tools
• Maintain knowledge of company products, drafting standards, and processes
• Review and provide feedback on work prepared by junior drafters

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Post secondary coursework in trigonometry
• 6-10 years of experience in the metal building industry
• Strong math and drafting skills
• Ability to mentor others and ensure drafting accuracy
