Senior Metrics and Insights Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Metrics & Insights Lead to join their global Analytics organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with PMs to transform initial problems into analytically rigorous products with precise metrics
• Drive exploratory analysis and POCs during early-stage product discovery to support data-driven development
• Build and manage the core metric layer, ensuring definitions are grounded in data exploration and documented for trust

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on expertise with SQL (dbt preferred) and modern data warehouse environments
• Sharp data intuition and ability to translate ambiguous questions into well-defined metrics
• Deep expertise with modern BI and analytics tools, understanding the flow of definitional choices
• Demonstrated technical leadership and project management instincts in analytics work
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and driving alignment
