Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Microsoft Copilot proof of concept across a multi-tenant enterprise environment
• Design and oversee the technical architecture for Copilot integration within Microsoft 365 applications
• Lead user adoption strategies, develop training materials, and facilitate enablement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 engineering or architecture with multi-tenant exposure
• Hands-on experience deploying Copilot for Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and data governance
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview policies, data lifecycle management, and compliance tools
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Graph connectors, and security-by-design principles
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing complex POCs and stakeholder engagement
