Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on M365 Security, the full-time Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer will manage level two issues and escalations from the Network Operations Center, providing exceptional support for managed client portfolios in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• React and resolve cases submitted or alerted by monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot advanced issues and provide solution options and recommendations
• Conduct proactive performance assessments of clients' M365 environments, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of technical support and/or design and implementation experience with Microsoft 365 Collaboration technologies
• Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Exchange Online
• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management and Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud solutions and administration
• At least one relevant certification: MS-102, SC-200, SC-300, or SC-900
