Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, this full-time remote position will manage the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity platforms within a global enterprise environment, requiring candidates to reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration and health of the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary technical authority for Microsoft 365-related incidents and complex technical issues
• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a medium or large enterprise environment
• Deep expertise with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Intune
• Strong experience managing hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, as well as Microsoft Graph API for administration and reporting
