Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

Job Summary

Working full-time in a hybrid environment, the Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer will provide engineering support for Microsoft 365 services, manage email and collaboration tools, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring a seamless end-user experience for over 15,000 users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions for Microsoft 365 tenant services, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, while collaborating across technical teams
• Automate administration tasks and enhance user experience through continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Microsoft 365 engineering processes, automation scripts, and system health checks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in relevant fields
• Proven experience in implementing and administering Microsoft 365 services, including Intune and Entra ID
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with programming languages such as C#, C++, or Python
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365 security services and identity management
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher security clearance
