Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer
Job Summary
To support a global enterprise's modernization efforts, the remote Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer will design, administer, and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid environments, as well as manage SharePoint and OneDrive services while troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, administer, and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
- Troubleshoot complex Exchange and email-related issues, including mail routing and performance
- Support Microsoft Teams integration with Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure or systems engineering experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange architectures
- Strong experience administering SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business in a large enterprise environment
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for Microsoft 365 administration and automation
