Senior Microsoft Consultant

Job Summary

To support client engagements, the remote Senior Microsoft Consultant will architect, design, and implement Microsoft 365 E5 solutions focused on productivity, security, and endpoint management while leading consulting projects and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 E5 solutions, ensuring best practices for productivity and security workloads
• Lead migration and modernization projects, including Exchange and file migrations to Microsoft 365
• Act as the technical lead on engagements, mentoring junior consultants and establishing standards across M365 workloads

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure design and deployment with a focus on Microsoft technologies
• 3+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 productivity workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
• Relevant certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, or SC-100 preferred
• Experience with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI) is a plus
