Senior Microsoft Consultant

Job Summary

To support a range of small businesses, the full-time Senior Microsoft Consultant will maintain and troubleshoot IT environments powered by various Windows Server versions and Microsoft Exchange, operating both remotely and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, ensuring reliability and functionality
• Analyze and resolve urgent and ongoing issues related to system performance and security
• Design and implement IT architectures, including virtualized infrastructures and cloud solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in desktop and server administration and IT infrastructure support
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP:EA)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in networking layers 1 through 4
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual office environment
