Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with Federal or Veterans Affairs Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 development and customization, including JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability and willingness to obtain a U.S. Public Trust clearance
