Senior Microsoft Licensing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft Licensing Consultant (US - Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth reviews of licensing accuracy across customer-facing assets, validating entitlements and requirements
• Identify and correct outdated or misleading licensing statements and provide subject-matter expertise on Microsoft licensing models
• Modernize legacy licensing assets and deliver editorial guidance to enhance clarity and consistency in licensing documents

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Microsoft licensing experience, with deep familiarity with Software Assurance and commercial licensing programs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs and contracts, including EA, SCE, CSP, and MCA
• Proven ability to translate complex licensing rules into clear, customer-appropriate content
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing and updating customer-facing licensing documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
