Senior Microsoft Licensing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft Licensing Consultant to provide expertise and editorial guidance on Microsoft licensing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth reviews of licensing accuracy across customer-facing assets and validate entitlements and requirements
• Modernize legacy licensing documents and ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance in licensing guidance
• Support large-scale content initiatives by assessing and updating high-volume licensing documentation for accuracy and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Microsoft licensing experience, with deep familiarity in Software Assurance and commercial licensing programs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing contracts, including EA, SCE, CSP, and MCA
• Proven ability to translate complex licensing rules into clear, customer-appropriate content
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work US Pacific hours and coordinate across time zones as needed
