Senior Microsoft O365 Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Microsoft O365 Cloud Engineer, a full-time position responsible for providing escalated support and operational maintenance for client cloud environments, including Microsoft Services across Azure and Office 365, while also working on project-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requests to determine underlying problems and recommend solutions
• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issue resolution and maintain documentation of client environments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred, such as Computer Science or MIS
• 8+ years of professional IT experience in a client-facing role, including 5+ years supporting O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure
• Microsoft certifications (MCSE, AZ-104) preferred, with AZ-500 certification being a plus
• Advanced PowerShell scripting experience
• Ability to work independently on application and technical tasks with minimal supervision
