Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for internal government use cases
• Collaborate with IT teams to enforce governance, security, and compliance for Copilot Studio solutions
• Implement application lifecycle management practices and monitor Copilot usage and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Hands-on experience building and managing Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance controls
• Experience working in government, public sector, or highly regulated environments
• Ability to document solutions clearly for audits and compliance reviews
