Senior Microsoft Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support enterprise customers in modernizing their IT environments, the full-time Senior Microsoft Solutions Architect will design, sell, and deliver comprehensive Digital Workspace solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 and related technologies in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and present complex Digital Workspace solutions that integrate various technologies into cohesive customer offerings
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to develop technical strategies that enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth
• Lead customer discovery sessions and technical assessments to translate business objectives into effective solution architectures

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Technical Presales roles
• Proven success in designing and delivering enterprise Microsoft and cloud solutions
• Strong customer-facing experience, including executive presentations and consultative engagements
• Deep understanding of modern workplace solutions, including security, identity, and cloud services
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
