Senior Microsoft Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Managing and securing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, the full-time Senior Microsoft Systems Administrator will oversee administration tasks, support onboarding for acquired firms, and ensure a high level of customer service in an onsite role.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and related security tools
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security configuration
• Support onboarding and IT integration for acquired firms

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 / Azure administration experience
• Deep understanding of Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Defender suite
• Strong security and vulnerability management background
• Experience supporting financial or regulated environments preferred
• Presentation, communication, and customer service skills appropriate for a wealth management firm
