Senior Migration Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Migration Lead - Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in migrating workloads from on-premise data centers to the AWS cloud, focusing on Rehost and Replatform migrations
• Spearhead Platform Engineering initiatives, including large-scale Lift and Shift and Replatform migrations targeting AWS EC2 architectures
• Plan and execute migration tasks using AWS services and tools, while conducting portfolio assessments to define optimal migration strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure migration, specifically with AWS
• Proficiency in AWS services, including EC2, S3, and migration tools like CloudEndure and Double-Take
• Experience with large-scale Lift and Shift and Replatform migrations
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud networks and automation/deployment tools
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus
