Job Summary

Leading complex customer migration engagements, the full-time Senior Migration Delivery Lead will serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact, ensuring successful project delivery and go-live outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer migration engagements, managing technical delivery and project health
• Collaborate with account teams to align migration goals with customers' business strategies
• Drive the adoption of AI agents and automation tools to enhance migration efficiency

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting focused on large-scale migrations
• Hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau
• Proven ability to facilitate technical discussions and navigate complex stakeholder interactions
• Experience with global delivery models to accelerate project timelines
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds
