Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mission Success Manager to drive customer experience and support the deployment of their platform in the defense sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships with government and commercial clients
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate progress and ensure alignment with customer goals
  • Guide customers through the Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance process and monitor customer success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical delivery, or a related role, preferably in the PaaS or cloud infrastructure space
  • Strong understanding of government end-user environments and the ATO compliance process
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships in high-stakes environments
  • Experience with tools like GitLab and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with government and Department of Defense (DoD) environments is highly desirable
