Senior ML Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the productionization layer of the ML stack, the full-time remote Senior ML Engineer will architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimize inference infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful ML solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MLOps and productionization, ensuring operational excellence across the ML stack
• Design and optimize model serving infrastructure for low latency and high throughput
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to enhance foundational ML systems and deliver customer value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of ML Engineering experience with a strong production focus
• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers)
• Experience deploying and maintaining transformer-based NLP models in production
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning SLMs/LLMs and optimizing models for performance
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
