Senior ML Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the offline dataset pipeline, the full-time Senior ML Engineer will design, implement, test, and deploy cloud-based pipelines that convert logged multi-sensor data into VLM/VLA training datasets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement offline dataset pipelines for converting multi-sensor data into training datasets
• Develop VLM-assisted auto-labeling techniques using foundation models to enhance annotation processes
• Generate reasoning-grounded labels to support VLA training and explainable driving behavior

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Computer Vision & Deep Learning, including 2D/3D Object Detection and Semantic Segmentation
• Hands-on experience with multimodal/VLM models and data curation for model performance improvement
• Proficiency in distributed ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Lightning, or Spark
• Strong Python software development skills and familiarity with cloud-based development environments
