Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ML/LLM Engineer to design and implement advanced AI systems for clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI Agents and maintain RAG pipelines based on clinical guidelines
• Develop systems to synthesize clinical data into prioritized insights for clinicians
• Architect scalable inference services and ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of professional experience in ML/LLM engineering
• Deep experience with LLM orchestration and vector databases
• Proficiency with C#/.NET for backend service development
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) is a plus
